The Seidel village area, one of the 6 villages of Horizon West, FL, will eventually have up to 3,891 residential units when fully built out. The main thoroughfare is Seidel Road, which travels through the center of the village and delivers drivers directly to S.R. 429 (Western Beltway).
Neighborhoods in the Seidel area are designed to encourage residents to utilize wide multi-use paths and common green areas. They can also enjoy luxurious resort-style community amenities, and viewing Disney fireworks from their home is a treat many residents in this area enjoy nightly!
In keeping with the master-planned design of Horizon West, walkable schools and easy access to exciting dining and useful shopping are integrated into neighborhood plans.
