Seidel Area

Village: Seidel Area

2,551 acres - established 2006

LIFESTYLE: Living Due West from Nightly Disney Fireworks

The Seidel village area, one of the 6 villages of Horizon West, FL, will eventually have up to 3,891 residential units when fully built out. The main thoroughfare is Seidel Road, which travels through the center of the village and delivers drivers directly to S.R. 429 (Western Beltway).

Neighborhoods in the Seidel area are designed to encourage residents to utilize wide multi-use paths and common green areas. They can also enjoy luxurious resort-style community amenities, and viewing Disney fireworks from their home is a treat many residents in this area enjoy nightly!

In keeping with the master-planned design of Horizon West, walkable schools and easy access to exciting dining and useful shopping are integrated into neighborhood plans. This village provides residents with access to businesses, eateries, and services close-to-home by placing commercial properties in both a larger village center and smaller neighborhood centers.

Horizon West is not in the city limits of Winter Garden, Windermere or Orlando. Residents receive their mail through the existing post offices within each of these towns, which is why our mailing addresses include the city name and zip code in it. Horizon West is in unincorporated Orange County so all utility and garbage services are provided by the county - not the city your mailing address includes.
The Mark is the name of the village center in the Seidel Village Area (F)
By by Ron Baumanis - BOD President of HorizonWestTheaterCompany.com August 29, 2019
By private invitation, more than 80 Watermark HOA residents met with Chuck Whittall from Unicorp on Tuesday night to learn about their plans for “The Mark” the village center for the Seidel village area (aka Village F). The overall layout of the property looks pretty much the same as those that have been available on commercial real estate sites, with a few noteworthy updates. Whittall acknowledged that the name was based on the adjacent residential community of Watermark. And while not everything noted in the siteplan presented has a final contract signed, all of the named facilities have a letter of intent on file, so are probable to follow through with rental agreements.

Horizon West is ever-evolving! Please email us info@HorizonWestHappenings.com with any updates for this Village directory.
