Bridgewater

Village: Bridgewater

4,232 acres - established 1999

Bridgewater, the most populated of the villages at 10,450 approved residential units, has a unique charm with a mix of "Main-Street"-style mom and pop businesses and iconic village-centric design that is the tenet of New Suburbanism. Mixed-use space and village commercial centers are at the heart of its landmark neighborhoods, featuring walkable schools, retail and dining with broad pathways woven into the fabric of each community.

Horizon West is not in the city limits of Winter Garden, Windermere or Orlando. Residents receive their mail through the existing post offices within each of these towns, which is why our mailing addresses include the city name and zip code in it. Horizon West is in unincorporated Orange County so all utility and garbage services are provided by the county - not the city your mailing address includes.
